Grann Services
Protein Reporter

Grann offers two types of Immuno-fluorescence (IF) testing as well as ELISA testing for in vitro expression testing.

Quantitative Cellular Immunofluorescence Testing: This IF cellular test was designed by Grann and measures the difference in fluorescence of control cells and cells dosed with the desired product/treatment which either inhibits the expression of a given protein or increases its expression.

Classic Cellular Immunofluorescence:
This IF assay focuses on the imaging of cells given a certain product/treatment. This assay gives images that are useful for determining where products/treatments are distributed inside the cells (i.e., determining if a protein can enter the nucleus of a cell).

ELISA testing:
Grann uses an automated ELISA system to reduce any potential human error. Using this system, any type of ELISA can be run in a faster timeframe and with less potential for error.
