LNP formulation, encapsulation, and verification
Grann has experience creating lipid nanoparticles formulating and encapsulating mRNA, DNA, and small molecules. Grann’s lipid nanoparticle technology allows us to encapsulate components of different sizes and vary our particle size accordingly. All tests are verified via dynamic light scattering. cryo-EM is available on demand. Lead times for initial formulation and encapsulation are ~1 week after receipt of substance to be encapsulated. Scale up is charged on a per mL basis. Inquire for more details.
